By registering will you pass on my details to any other companies?

By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data.

All personal data that you provide us with, including your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and email address, will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Dora Joyce Ltd.

How secure is your website?

All of our credit card transactions are processed by DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) in a secure payment gateway.  dorajoyce.com does not receive or hold your credit card details, your details are handled by DPS, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing. So our website is as secure as it can possibly be.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amex.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases made in Australia.

International other than Australia purchases will incur shipping costs. Please contact us to receive an estimate.

Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?

We use DHL for International orders and Post Haste to send items purchased at dorajoyce.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are between 14-21 working days within New Zealand and 14-21 working days for international customers.

These are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Dora Joyce are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
